Giddy Spell

The moment I woke up today, i had this dreadful feeling of not wanting to go to school.
Thinking that, it may be due to the lack of sleep, I pry-ed myself out of the bed and prepare for school in a jiffy because I was late. Extremely late.

Man was I wrong!
That dreadful feeling continued even after I boarded the train to school.
When the train left Aljunied I had this goddamn nauseous feeling and I was having cold sweat.
My head is spinning and I felt weak, giddy and helpless as I was alone.
The moment the train stop at Kallang, I dash out of the train and straight to the toilet.
And I vomited.

Dying to get home to wash up, I desperately look for cab and headed home.
What guess what. The cab ride was $14!
From Kallang to Tampines.
I should have vomited in the cab to thank the driver for taking his own sweet time.

Vomited again once I reached home.
Ever since then I've been under the giddy spell for the entire day.

Lesson of the day:
If your instinct tells you not to go to school. Don't go.

28 Jan - My Daddy's birthday!

Boomertan came over for the simple BD celebration.
Bought Darksiders PS3 for Daddy and from then on he's addiected to the game. = =
This means that, no tv for me as the stupid PS3 is connected to the Big ass TV at the living room.
Oh well, as long as Daddy love it. =D
Mum treat us to Sushi on that day and we had so much sushi that I will be avoiding them for awhile. hahas.
The best part was when we were on the way walking home. We walked past a playground and guess what. My Dad and bro started to play at the playground =.= Both attempted to hang themselves upside down at the pole which hold the swing. Try to picture a 50 years old doing that. hahas. Such a fun family I have =))

Dad, Mum and sis went to Chinatown for New year shopping, I didn't go though. Was way too tired thanks to the shopping the day before. I feel guilty too, for shopping for clothes again! So I am determined to stay home and be a good girl today.

Very very strangely, I was in the mood to clean up something. So diligently (while waiting for Gintama to load) I washed all my jeans and packed all my unwanted clothings. I also drew up a floorplan to change my room's layout. Kinda wish to paint my room to white colour and change all my room's furniture to grey - white -black colour. But no way mum's gonna let me paint the furnitures. My room is sooooo... *sigh* ugly. I wanna change my bedsheet to some bright pink design rather then that hideous bluish-black. *Complain rampage* Need to buy a few big pillow, thin mattress and then design a comfy/cozy corner for soft toys and for me to relax. Shall attempt to psycho parents in letting me paint my room later. -Keeping my finger crossed!-

L4D2. I never thought that I will be addicted to online games since I have well... never been very interested in them. But I have played this game twice and it got me hooked for good.

The pleasure of seeing the zombie collapsing in a pool of blood and the exploding boomer (as long as it don't explode in my character's face). I enjoyed playing as spitter too (that saggy breast zombie).

Jialat, jialat, jialat. I wanna play L4D2 now. Maybe I should psycho my brother to buy it. Well since he bought L4D already. =D

As a sequel to my previous diary post, I saw the local lecturer today.
He gave a short lecture on Chapter 3 and that 15 minutes made me wanna apologise to the aust lecturer. Compare to that "notes-reading-every-5-seconds" local lecturer, the aust lecturer is a SAINT. Holy crap, did I pay $1,400 for a lecturer who READ notes to his students?

Let's forget about school for a moment. I've been reflecting while my Dad gave me a ride home today. I came to realize I complain a lot, especially when it's regarding financial matters. My family, not the wealthiest in terms of money but I'm proud to say my family is the wealthiest when it comes to happiness. It's overflowing with family warmth that, unconsciously I always look forward to heading home.
Daddy - My favorite favorite favorite person.
Mummy - the one who scolds a lot, doesn't express her feelings, but secretly cares for you
Brother - the ass who calls me names but a good person to confide to.
Sister - the absolute chatterbox (Can't shut up, won't shut up and never shut up), but she makes the house real lively.

Dear diary, as a punishment for breaking my new year resolutions I've gotten myself a GODAMN persistent cough, sore throat and runny nose that is determined to stay with me. Which inevitably make me really easily irritated.

The lecture today was real lousy and "uncomprehensive". I'm utterly clueless to what the heck the lecturer is talking about. After struggling to listen and be attentively to his lesson, I still learn nothing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G after a painful 3 hours lecture. Isn't that lecturer awesome? To add on, he was awfully rude, pointing his fingers at people and yelling at them to shut up and throwing marker caps at his student. Oh wells, at least that bugger's only here for 3 days.

Another day of uncomprehensive lecture tomorrow.

OH THE HORROR, THE HO---RRROOORRR~~

It's time for Spring cleaning again.
Mummy has orders for every family member to stay home on Sunday for Spring cleaning.
Spring cleaning on a lovely Sunday!! - when I should be out there shopping and enjoying myself.
But luckily for me, I have managed to con Boyfriend to come over as my extra helping hand.
I bet he still don't suspect a thing *evil laugh*

To keep myself alive on Sunday, I've already went ahead to pack my number one war zone (Closet) and my precious corner where I keep all my cosmetics, perfumes and facial products.
IMSOPROUDOFMYSELF. *self hug*

On a negative note, it's only day 8 of 2010 and I've already broken at least 3 of my new year revolutions. Talk about being determined -.-

12) Exercise weekly and tone up my body (Haven't exercise at ALL)

I just realise, I post nothing but miserable news on this blog. This make me look like a bloody pessismistic person. lols. However, I did receive a really bad news recently. But I am rather surprise, I took it quite well. Neither did I cry like I expected to nor fuss over it. But I guess my FIRST priority is to WORK WORK WORK! Or if god is so kind to let me strike lottery or something so I wouldn't have to find yet another job. *self pity*

On the light note, Christmas is round the corner!!
Family decided to exchange present this year. BUT this time with the company of a nice white and pink christmas tree!

Boyfriend and I wanted to draw a Xmas card as well. He insist his was a nicer one and he took like 5 measly minutes to draw it? Such insincerity la. Anyhow scribble around the card and tell me it's a piece of art. *roll eyes* This was the end result -

Stayover at Baby's house is my weekly routine now. Hahas.
I don't know what got over him to make such a ... weird looking face.
Strangely I find it kinda cute. Then again, there's a saying that love is blind. lols.

My great purchases at only $5 and $2.
Love the cute ribbon ring. It's uber shiny and cute =))
Though, I am still waiting for my Tiffany and Co ring from someone. *Nudge Boyfriend*

Plus! I finally gotten my 78 make-up palette and 18 professional brush set. Love love love! The gold colour and creamy white eyeshadow is gorgeous! The creamy pink blusher is fab as well!

Seriously can't wait to try it soon. I'm adsolutely delighted but sadly this ain't the best time to try out the make up as my skin is literally dying. =.=

This picture definitely don't do any justice for the palette. Around 50% of the eyeshadow is shimmery and sadly, the camera is unable to capture the detail.

Just gotten my quilt with Mummy @ IKEA a few days ago.

It's so fluffy! But I haven't found any cute quilt cover though.. ~.~

The past few days been hell for me.
It is so mentally taxing to think about the possibility of repeating and whether should I continue my pursue for Degree.
I am not as strong as I may appear to be.

Down with a weird case of throat infection for 3 days already.

In the midst of the crazy projecting weeks.
I stayed over at Boyfriend's house and his parents came back from China the very next day.
They were packing up their belongings and his mummy gave me a bag that she've gotten for me at China.
Furthermore, she invited me to go along with them the next time.

I'm so happy.
I always thought, they don't really care about me.
But i was wrong. They do care and it made me such a happy girl =)

Apparently the 2 awesome roach catchers were asleep and it was down to my brother and I to conquer that monster.
My brother being the brave one, fought the roach with newspaper, tik go and air freshener.
He managed to cover the roach with newspaper at the sink and delivered multiple punches at the enemy. After which the monster is severely attacked with blasts of air freshener upon adviced by me which to my surprise kinda works and my kitchen seems to smell load nicer

ps: I just realized how brave my brother was when I saw his back view of him holding a tik go and newspaper.

Thank god I've gotten myself that ink cartridge.

I've got a Humorous Daddy, who work 6 days a week from 5am till 5pm w/o any complains.
Who always return home with a smile and assure us work's fine and he's not a tiny little bit tired.
The ultimate breadwinner of the family and head of this tiny nonsensical family. Someone who I can joke with, as though we're best friends. Someone who does weird stunts and makes the family laugh.

I've got a great Mummy too. Although she scolds me almost 24/7 everyday and constant grumbling of my untidiness. She's the one who pulls the family together and make sure everything is in place at home and cooks up a homely dinner every evening. Someone who make sure everything is ok and keeps Daddy's weird joke in check. And I think she's the only one who can knows Daddy's home by recognizing the sound of his motorbike's engine.

I've got a stupid Brother. Crazy over online games and Gundam models and is freaking ultra skinny - he has 6 pacs also. (-.-) My stupid childhood partner-in-crime, we used to steal mummy's cane, snap it into half and throw it away, play stupid imaginary games like fighting ailens and "climbing" cave under our beds of course not forgeting I always bully him by dolling him up like my life-sized barbie doll. Someone who simply there for me to tease him abt stupid things and yet a realiable brother to keep secrets

I've got a annoying Sister too. Latest to this family, yet a missing piece to complete this family. She's the stupid yell and cry-alot, sore loser (cry and lose her temper whenever she lost), dumb lil princess-of-the-house attitude. Yet, she's also the one who quietly offered me a tissue when I was secretly crying in my room at night, took care of me once when I was having fever when other's not home. Someone whose annoying yet caring and sweet at the same time.

I don't know, what's worst..

I almost killed my hammie by accident last night.
Cried like stupid kids who just lost her tooth.
Had to carry that 2kg heavy lap top from tampines to eunos and from eunos to clementi.
Then my phone's speaker went haywire, so I said byebye to phone calls.
Then my phone decide to shut off and leave me all alone in the middle of the day
and i'm socially disconnected from the world.
Was so desperate to contact my Baby, i had to secretly went online to use web sms. Was almost caught also.
Then I was late for meeting with baby because bus came late.
Spent at least 3 freaking hours travelling on bus today..

Had a LOOOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGGGG weekend due to a case of bad flu.
Thursday - MC, stayed home and rejevenate myself
Friday - MC, Find baby and rest at his house
Saturday - Baby came over and watch tons of movies
Sunday - Baby stayed over on Saturday, so he's the first person I saw when I was awake. Makes me feel really... Fortunate, happy and loved. =DD

Baby's Birthday is coming!
I hope he like the present I getting for him =X

On the down note~
Man I miss schooling days!
Sunday have never been so dreadful in my life.
Why, u asked?
Because the very next day, it's Monday.
First day of the working week.
Meaning 5 more days before weekend, 5 more days before seeing my dearest baby, 5 more days before i can go out and do what I want.

Man I'm having the love hate attitude towards work.
Love it as it is relaxing and u learn something
Hate it as it is WORK? How can anyone enjoy working? GEES!

I saw a blog today, it asked, "What is the last thing you'll do before you go to bed?"

Would you be thinking of that special someone in your heart before you rest?

Would you call him/her before you sleep?

Would you tell him/her what had happened to you this very whole day?

If someone wants to tell you what he/she had happened today, would you listen?

I would, I would think of him.
Even if the day with him ended with a bad note.
Even if the last thing I said to him was nasty.
Even if I'm forced me to tears.

Baby, it has became a habit.
To think of you every night before I drift off to my dreamland.
To hear your voice.
To hear you showering me with lovey dovey sentences that make feel warm and fuzzy.
To have you coax me to bed when i complain i'm supposingly having insomnia.
To hear you laughing at my constant whining and stupid jokes.
Even just to hear you typing away, not talking to me and hearing you cursing and swearing at the computer when you got first blood in DOTA.

And I will rattle on and on about my day. What I bought, what happened to me, how much I miss my baby, whine to him when I got a boo on my finger or when i bit my tongue.

I do not know how to listen to others.
Neither am i good in controlling my temper or expressing myself correctly.
But baby, you accepted me anyways.
For that I'm thankful baby.
I love you. You know I do.

Work's a Bitch
Even though I have good colleagues, nice working environment and etc.
Talking about WORKING still makes me feel 20 years older.
I'm rob off my life. My shopping trips, my quality time with family, boyfren and frens.
How am I suppose to enjoy myself when I have to wake up at 7:30am every weekday, reach home at 7:30pm and sleep at 11pm.

Thank goodness, Baby's understanding and my family is forever crazy and fun.

Baby's second stayover!
And he accompanied me to work early in the morning.
We went on a search for the company for like 20-30 minutes?!
Goodness me..
But I'm real lucky my baby is here with me.
My feet was forming BLISTERS and in the end he have to run and search for me.
My eyes was uber teary, he's truly the sweetest guy ever.

Woke up with a bad case of runny nose and constant sneezing rampage which continued thruout the day.

But!! Daddy and Mummy came back with my favorite noodles and mooncake!

After satisfying my tummy, my nose seems to calm down a little.
Maybe.... My nose is link with my tummy? Hmmm..

On the other hand, the bloody SIP briefing is tomorrow.
DREADFUL.
My short lived holiday are gone......
